All sites are added to that list, assuming; 1. they are oscommerce 2. they are not a template monster template (though some do slip thru) 3. they have something different/unique about them No-one wants to see a standard osCommerce. No one wants to see another crappy Template Monster. Those that rise to the top of the list are voted there. It's not perfect but is better than a standard list of sites.
